When my good friends Vayla & Graham announced they were pregnant with their 2nd baby we were all so very happy for them. They already have their little miss Marley who is a very busy 4 year old, but they always knew they wanted to exapand their family to a nice even number. So a family of four it is. Mama Vayla is all about fitness.....still going to the gym for her regular fitness classes. I knew she would be a perfect candidate for a maternity session and asked if she would mind showing off her beautiful baby belly. We waited until she was 38 weeks and not wanting to risk missing the belly due to an early arrival I had them come over with a couple different outfits and eventually worked our way down to nothing but a sheet (check out their "sneak peek"):) That was fun! Vayla was up for anything and let my creativity take over. I think the photos turned out beautifully and was so happy I could capture this wonderful, but breif time for them. Now we wait for their new arrival and continue the story with the newborn session!! For now, here are the baby in waiting photos ~ enjoy!

Yes, they know they are having a girl, we felt it was ok to do the pink shoes!
